The Sales Associate assists the Store Manager and Assistant Manager the day to day activities of the store to maximize sales and profitability. The Sales Associate also helps to maintain and enforce Company standards in regards to selling, merchandising, loss prevention and operational activities; helps ensure the store is managed efficiently and professionally at all times; and helps ensure compliance with all Company polices and procedures.
