Professional makeup artists have been told of the latest autumn trends when it comes to beauty.
The Telegraph's Jane Cullen has explained that, when it comes to autumn, many women are blighted by images of cold weather and having to wrap up in scarves, but next season is set to be jammed-packed with colour with regards to makeup, which she thinks is worth getting excited about.
Eyes are set to be feline with lots of liner and mascara and the skin is going to ooze flawless elegance - and eyeshadows in a warm palette are all the rage.
"The beauty trends for next season are so pretty and wearable that I defy anyone not to get excited," she said.
"For those who fear statement colour, nudes, clear gloss and natural lips are also present."
The top shades to look to for A/W 2010 are toffee and honey tones, which can be worn on the cheeks, eyes or lips, but rest assured, the red lip trend is going nowhere.
Elle recently reported that brown is the new black, particularly with regards to the smoky eye look.
