Christian Dior show proceeds without John Galliano
Christian Dior show proceeds without John Galliano The latest Christian Dior autumn/winter 2011 show has been held, but this time without John Galliano, the first time that the designer has not been involved for 15 years.

Galliano, who was once head designer at Dior, was suspended from the role after allegedly making anti-semitic comments.

However, his absence didn't stop make-up artist trying their best to create stunning looks for the show's models.

At the Musee Rodin, a model stepped out in an outfit that looked like it was straight out of the circus, teamed with clown-like make-up.

She wore dark plum lips, pale foundation, what looked like false eyelashes, dramatic winged eyeliner and sparkly eyeshadow.

Another model went for a more colourful look, with vivid red lips, a pale face and sky blue eyeshadow swept from her eye socket up to her eyebrows.

Some of the models also had their eyeshadow styled into a rectangle shape that stretched up past their eyebrows.

Another one of the models had her silvery eyeshadow applied above her eyebrows and a darker shade on her eye sockets
