Looking bright and somewhat flushed will be one of the make-up trends of this spring, with a "dewy complexion" symbolising healthy skin, it has been suggested.
Professional make-up artist told Kenya Hunt, writing for Metro World News, that a "sheerer base" is a big thing for spring and recommended the Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer.
Ms Hunt claimed the product "instantly makes the skin look more springtime ready".
She suggested that Bobbi Brown’s Shimmer Brick is a "must-have" product for achieving the dewy look.
The professional make-up artist advised people not to over powder t-zones and to add luminescent shimmer to highlight the cheekbones, brow bones and inner corners of eyes.
"In spring, you want to create washes of colour rather than blocks of colours," she explained to the publication.
Lola Maja, writing for next.com, recently named some of her picks for this spring, which included products from Bobby Brown, Mac and Christian Dior.
