The latest trend to take over the red carpet is the summer crop and professional hair stylists will note that a number of big names in the acting business have opted for the look.
Elle has reported that stars such as Carey Mulligan, Cate Blanchett and Hayden Panettiere have all opted for "Twiggy-inspired" crops, something which is perfect for summer, easy to create and simple to maintain.
The most notable and fashion-forward look has to go to Michelle Williams, who has opted for a deep, right-side parting with her blonde locks swept across to the left, giving the style a softer edge. Professional hair stylist Lee Stafford, the man behind the notoriously-gorgeous smelling Pink range, has already proclaimed his love for William's locks.
"I love Michelle's style, it will suit most face shapes and hair textures," he said, adding that professional hair stylists can tailor the cut to their subjects by assessing face shapes, hair texture and the different crops on offer.
