The fresh-faced look is set to be one of this year's biggest beauty trends, according to celebrity surgeon Aamer Khan.
Makeup artists may receive requests for clear skin and natural-looking appearances, as ladies are said to be keen to emulate Kate and Pippa Middleton, the expert claimed in an interview with the Sun.
It was suggested invasive cosmetic treatments will also fall out of favour as women move away from fillers and botox.
"With recent media coverage of celebrities who have had too much surgery, clients are more aware of how they do not want to look," Dr Khan stated.
He claimed the natural look will replace last year's focus on glamorous styles, as more and more ladies opt for a fresh-faced appearance.
Dr Khan commented that the cosmetically enhanced and perma-tanned stars of The Only Way is Essex, such as Chloe Sims and Lauren Goodger, will no longer be the leading influence of beauty trends.
