Neon brights 'key lip trend for spring 2012'
Neon brights 'key lip trend for spring 2012' Spring 2012 is set to be all about "bright, bold lips", according to makeup artists at New York Fashion Week.

Beauty expert Gilbert Solez told MTV backstage at the Charlotte Ronson catwalk show that next season's trend will be eye-catching colours.

She commented that fuchsias and pinks are "so pretty" and when teamed with the right outfit can give a "chic" appearance.

Meanwhile, makeup artist Mally Roncal explained that bold shades will be on trend.

"A lot of colour, a lot of neon ... It's just like a more subdued neon, but with a little pop of colour and have a little party on your lips," Ms Roncal remarked.

Ladies are advised to be daring with their lip shades and opt for bright tones that match the season's corals and blue hues.

The comments come after skin and beauty therapist and founder of Uandyourskin.co.uk Louise Thomas-Minns recently claimed red lips are a hot trend for autumn/winter 2011.ADNFCR-2992-ID-800729809-ADNFCR
