Professional makeup artists are used to selecting the top shades and colours for their subjects, but what do they use on themselves?
Pat McGrath, a British makeup artist who has worked with the US and Italian Vogues and Giorgio Armani, has revealed what she stores in her all important makeup bag and, to start with, she told New York Magazine that she never travels without an SKII Signs Eye Mask which feels "refreshing".
Her other top products were Olay Regenerist UV Defense Regenerating Lotion and CoverGirl's Queen Collection Natural Hue Minerals Bronzer and eyelash curlers.
When it comes to eyes, she recommended Dolce & Gabbana's Smooth Eye Colour Quad in Champagne, saying: "I love [using] the smoky-brown shade to create a tone on the lid and add depth to my eyes."
For lips, she told professional makeup artists that Dior's Addict Lip Glow Colour Reviver Balm appears to be colourless, but actually gives lips a healthy colour and sheen which works on all skin tones.
