Professional make-up artist goes for sharp minimalism for Celine
Professional make-up artist goes for sharp minimalism for Celine Pale faces with dark-rimmed eyes were the look of choice for the Celine show at Paris Fashion Week, as created by professional make-up artist Dick Page.

Allure magazine reports that Mr Page was brought on board to work on the models for the show, one of the most highly anticipated in the French capital.

British designer Phoebe Philo's collection continued the minimalist theme that has run through models' attire and makeup in New York, London, Milan and now Paris.

Designs were simple, clean and uncluttered, prompting professional make-up artist Mr Page to creat sharp, minimalist looks to match.

A thin line of black rimmed models eyes, while cheeks and lips were left soft and natural, much like pared-down look that has seemingly become the motif of the spring/summer shows.

Nude lips and natural looks were also popular among the celebrities at the Oscars on Sunday, with professional make-up artists taking minimalism from the catwalk to the red carpet.
