Professional make-up artist reveals secrets to slept-in look
Professional make-up artist reveals secrets to slept-in look The slept-in look was a major feature of the Rag & Bone show at New York Fashion Week, with professional make-up artist Gucci Westman creating a Kate Moss-esque style.

Ms Westman's handiwork featured clean skin, eyes with a slight sheen and natural lips.

"Picture Kate Moss when she wakes up," the professional make-up artist told Style.com in describing the style she created.

Ms Westman explained to the news provider that she was going for a look which suggested the "remnants of make-up", using Revlon's ColorBurst Lipstick in Soft Nude and Luxurious Color Eye Liner in Black Velvet to achieve this.

Meanwhile professional hair stylist Guido Palau created a bedhead look which he described as "early-90s grunge innocence, but boyish" to complement the underdone make-up.

This look contrasts starkly with the trend for glossy locks that professional hair stylist Charles Worthington recently told Marie Claire would be big for 2010.
