Professional make up artists: Green beauty trend set to 'stay'
Professional make up artists: Green beauty trend set to 'stay' Those with make up artist jobs have been told that the trend for green beauty products is "here to stay".

According to Beauty in the Bag, even more big name brands are launching natural, paraben-free products, which is a trend that will continue.

Wendy Lewis, founder of the online beauty forum, said: "Just as consumers are more concerned about what they are putting in their bodies, they are increasingly aware of what they use on their skin, hair and nails."

Ms Lewis added that those with make up artist jobs who want to use natural products should look for items that are free from synthetic fragrances, chemicals, dyes, parabens and preservatives.

The beauty expert recommended trying products by Korres, which has items for both older and younger skin.

In addition, a survey Datamonitor showed that many consumers across the world believe that they will be better off using natural products. The July/August 2010 consumer survey showed that 52 per cent of people thought this.
