Professional make-up artists: Stars flock to Olivier Awards
Professional make-up artists: Stars flock to Olivier Awards Stars who attended the recent Olivier Awards appeared eager to show off their fashion credentials, those with make-up artist jobs have been told.

Kara Tointon attended the vent wearing a strapless, floor-length red gown. The Strictly Come Dancing star also wore drop earrings and a glitzy bracelet. She had her hair piled into a high bun and wore heavy smoky eye make-up.

Fellow thespian Sheridan Smith looked equally lovely in a knee-length white gown, which was made of layered fabric and had pretty detailing on her waist. The star accessorised with a black clutch bag and grey and red shoes. Her hair was worn in a loose up 'do and she displayed a flash of red nail polish to add colour to the largely monochrome outfit.

Ms Smith looked a far cry from her role as Elle Woods in Legally Blonde: The musical, in which she wore a lot of pink outfits and often had bouffant, 70s style hair, those with make-up artist jobs have been informed.
