Professional make-up artists: Stars go for nude dresses
Professional make-up artists: Stars go for nude dresses People with make-up artist jobs have been told that an array of stars turned up to the recent Screen Actors Guild Awards wearing nude dresses.

Look.co.uk said: "...Rather than the usual jewel tones, celebs took it down a notch with fab floor-sweeping frocks in all shades of nude."

Lea Michele, Hilary Swank and Eva Longoria all stuck to this trend when they hit the red carpet, with Desperate Housewives Star Ms Longoria wearing a pale Georges Hobeika dress that plunged down the front and revealed her toned arms. She also wore a blue/grey shade of eyeshadow, clear lip balm and drop earrings.

Ms Swank went for a Versace dress that had gold detailing on the bust and waist. She also wore mascara and blusher, offering inspiration to those with make-up artist jobs.

In addition, Ms Michele went for a floor length Oscar De La Renta Gown that shimmered in the light from the paparazzis' bulbs. The Glee's star's eye make-up was visible, although the rest of her face appeared to have been made under.

The singer's choice of gown was a far cry from her role as Rachel Berry in the television series Glee, where she is more likely to be found in dowdy cardigans.
