Those with makeup artist jobs have been advised of the top five beauty trends to use on clients over the Christmas party season.
Lauren Jaber, founder of the Real Doll Makeup company, told Blog.seattlepi.com that crimson cheeks are very on trend this season.
The expert said that pink blush on cheeks can create a subtle party look, while a deeper blush is also on-trend and will add a touch of drama.
According to the news source, bold lips are also set to be huge this season. Gem-toned lipsticks look bright and brilliant on clients' lips.
Those with makeup artist jobs have also been told that coloured eyeliner is a good look to wear to festive parties, with metallic plum or navy being two attention-grabbing shades.
Ms Jaber added that all of these looks can be complemented by subtle dewy skin, created with a liquid illuminator.
