Professional makeup course tips: Neon shades
Professional makeup course tips: Neon shades Professional makeup course students have been told to take note of the latest trend for autumn, which is neon-coloured lipstick.

A/W 2010 is all about colour and the ultimate catwalk look has to go to the models at Ohne Titel, who sported traffic-stopping lips, reigniting everyone's love of neon shades that were such a hit in summer.

New York Fashion magazine reported on the trend, stating: "This isn't the first time we've rubbernecked over neon-orange lips, but it might [be] the last time we write them off".

Professional makeup course students looking to add some colour to their client's palette should opt for tangerine shades and go as bright as they dare, while keeping the rest of the face pale with pink hues on the cheeks and eyebrows being thick but styled.

If orange doesn't take your fancy, then check out Leighton Meester's blue eyeshadow at a recent red carpet event, which added just the right amount of colour without being overpowering.
