Adding red lipstick to a beauty regime is a simple, yet effective way to achieve Hollywood style, it has been claimed.
Speaking to More! magazine, celebrity makeup artist Christian Vermaak explained how investing in a vibrant shade of the product can help ladies achieve old-school glamour.
It was suggested that red lipstick is "essential" for creating a "Hollywood-style pout".
Mr Vermaak added that "retro red lips are so chic" and currently on-trend for those eager to achieve a simple, yet glamorous look.
Elsewhere, the expert, who has worked with stars such as Kylie Minogue and Britney Spears, commented that "fresh, dewy skin" can be achieved by investing in a good quality foundation.
He commented that a product that blends "from head to toe" is a good option as it will offer a "light base" that can be built over two layers.
