The catwalks are set to be awash with greys and violets this autumn, shades professional makeup artists will be able to work with, according to a commentator.
Chanel has just released the new colours for the fall, and they are set to take the nation by storm through nail varnishes and eyeshadows in deep moonlight shades.
The fall 2010 collection is "rife with chocolate greys, deep plums and smouldering khakis," according to the Stylelist blog, which is something creative director Peter Phillips designed to pay homage to the iconic Coco Chanel.
One of the shades which is set to cause a stir in the Le Vernis Nail Colour is Paradoxal which the company believes will be "the new statement-maker of the season".
Professional makeup artists should note that the autumn trend will compliment Burberry's newly launched makeup range, Burberry Beauty, which combines natural colours from the classic trench coat with the weather – stormy greys and blues.
