Technicolor rules at Dior
Technicolor rules at Dior The latest shades to take shape on the catwalk are technicolors according to Dior.

Professional makeup artists will be able to try their hand at almost any shade under the rainbow and still be in keeping with the trends if the designers' latest Fall/Winter 2010/2011 show is anything to go by.

John Galliano, professional makeup artist Pat McGrath and professional hair stylist Orlando Pita were in control of the models' show-stopping looks and took on an almost theatrical, Alice in Wonderland style.

Lips were burgundy and eye shadows were grass green, orange or turquoise stripes stretching up to the brows in a somewhat manic but retro feel.

Faces were pale to emphasise the sheer amount of vivid colour on the eyes and lips and hair was extraordinarily big.

Meanwhile, at Chanel's Autumn/Winter 2011 couture show, all eyes were on the celebs who attended, such as Blake Lively who opted for smoky grey eyes.
